Leo And Co. — Beautiful Remodeling
Services

what we do, and how we do it.

Whole-home remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions — with the trades that finish them: moldings and hardwood floors, painting, roofing and siding. Every project is professionally designed and delivered by our team — electrician, plumber, interior designer, and architect included.

Renovated open room with a stone fireplace, a sliding barn door and refinished hardwood floors
01
Home Remodeling

the whole house, one crew.

  • 01
    Whole-home and room-by-room renovations

Take the house at once or a room at a time. Either way one crew runs it from demolition to punch list.

  • 02
    Hardwood floors, painting, architectural moldings

New floors laid, old ones refinished, walls and trim painted. Crown, casing and baseboard milled to match what's already there.

  • 03
    Roofing and siding

Stripped to the deck and rebuilt where it needs it, repaired where it doesn't. Siding matched to the existing profile.

Kitchen Renovation

the room your house is judged by.

  • 01
    Full remodels, layout to lighting

Walls moved, plumbing and electrical re-run, lighting planned around how the room is actually used. Our own electrician and plumber do that work.

  • 02
    Custom-made cabinetry and built-in appliances

Cabinets made to the room's real dimensions, not ordered to the nearest stock size. Appliance panels and fillers built in.

  • 03
    Stone, quartz, and tile work

Counters templated after the cabinets are set, so they fit the room as built rather than as drawn.

Bathroom Renovation

waterproofed like it matters.

  • 01
    Full renovations and double vanities

Down to the studs. The subfloor gets opened and repaired before anything goes back on top of it.

  • 02
    Curbless showers and soaking tubs

Curbless means the slope is built into the framing, not made up in mortar afterwards. It's part of why the waterproofing underneath matters.

  • 03
    Heated floors and custom tile

Electric mats set under tile and run to a floor thermostat by our own electrician.

Schluter System certified

Every shower and wet area is installed with the Schluter System and carries a lifetime warranty on the waterproofing.

Additions

more house, joined seamlessly.

  • 01
New rooms, dormers, and second storeys

Primary suites, in-law suites and dormers. Second storeys where the foundation and framing will carry the load - the first thing we check.

  • 02
    Garages, porches, and decks

Attached or detached, with roofline, siding and trim matched to the house so the new part doesn't announce itself.

  • 03
    Residential and commercial construction

New building as well as additions, for homeowners and for commercial spaces in the same towns.
