What's Included

waterproofed before it is beautiful.

  • 01
    Full renovations and double vanities

Down to the studs. The subfloor gets opened and repaired before anything goes back on top of it.

  • 02
    Curbless showers and soaking tubs

Curbless means the slope is built into the framing, not made up in mortar afterwards. It's part of why the waterproofing underneath matters.

  • 03
    Heated floors and custom tile

Electric mats set under tile and run to a floor thermostat by our own electrician.

Schluter System certified

Every shower and wet area is installed with the Schluter System and carries a lifetime warranty on the waterproofing.

Common Questions

what people ask before they call.

How do you waterproof a shower?
With the Schluter System - we're certified installers. The waterproofing carries a lifetime warranty. It's the part of a bathroom you can't inspect once the tile is on.
How long does a bathroom take?
Three to five weeks for a hall bath, five to eight for a primary suite. Tile and glass lead times sit on top of that.
Can you convert a tub to a walk-in shower?
Yes. The drain moves and the floor is re-framed so the slope is structural. The whole wet area is waterproofed before any tile goes on.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Bathrooms almost always need one - the plumbing and the electrical both change.
Who does the plumbing and the wiring?
Our own plumber and electrician. Nothing about a wet area gets handed to whoever was available that week.
