How long does a whole-home remodel take?

Three to six weeks a room. A whole house is more often three to six months. What moves that number is how much of the plumbing and wiring changes, not the square footage.

Can we live in the house while you work?

Usually yes, room by room. We seal the work area and keep a kitchen and a bathroom running. Whole-house jobs go faster if you can be out.

Who actually does the work?

Our own team. The electrician, plumber, interior designer and architect are ours - not subcontractors we're meeting for the first time on your job.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. Every town here runs its own building department. We file with yours and schedule the inspections.
